DGSS Ltd provides experienced staff to support young people to fulfil their potential, develop their skills, and be active and positive members of their community. Our key aims are to build direct relationships, be a positive and consistent role model, coach and mentor young people to develop their skills and teach self-regulation. At DGSS we have a wealth of experience in SEMH as tutors, teachers, senior leaders and HLTA’s.

Dan's Story
Dan is the founder and co-owner of DGSS Ltd. Dan is passionate about working with young people and has been doing so for 22 years. His career took him from Teaching Assistant to leadership roles in SEN schools before starting DGSS.
Dan’s lived experience is pivotal in his approach as a mentor. As a young person, Dan was excluded from school and was diagnosed with dyslexia later in life. He experienced the feeling that no one cared and is determined to provide the guidance to today’s young people that was never available for him.
